A WHITE LEAGUE.
MR MERRIMAN’S FORECAST,

Received 10.5 p.m., March 23. Capetown, March 23. A White League has been formed at Johannesburg against the importation of all labor except white. Mr Alerrimun, in a speech at Barclay East, said he hoped soon to havo Bolfgovernment in tho whole of South Africa under the British flag, and that any future cleavage would not bo racial, but probably town versus country. He trusted the remainder of bis life would bo devoted to true peace and prosperity.
