Mr R. W. Perks, M.P. for Louth, YiceProsident of the Liberal Imperialist League, in a letter to . the Daily Mail, in reply to Mr H. 0. Bannerman's speech at Leeds, says that the Liberal party most choose between a Nonconformist alliance and the Irish alliance. Nonconformists were determined to place the reversal of tbo Education Act before Home Rule. The Liberal party must choose between two irreeonoiliable policies and interests.
