By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Received 10.41 p.m., March 18. Sydney, March 18. Madame Melba hade farewell to Sydney, giving a concert in the Town Hall this afternoon in aid of tho drought fund. There was a packed and enthusiastic house. The fund benefited to the extent of £7OO.
