An old-age pensioner was charged today with false representation in not disclosing the whole of his property when making a claim for a pension, he having at the time one hundred pounds on deposit in (the bank. In consequence accused was paid £7 more pension than that to which he was entitled. Major Keddel), S.M., severely lectured the defendant, and ordered him to pay £l4 and coßts within 48 hours.
