Capetown, Feb. 23. The Johannesburg Chamber of Mines Native Labour Association has sent a Commissioner to China to report upon the question of the employment of Cbineso lador ou the Rand. The prospects of recruiting South African natives are much brighter; the Kaffirs are responding to tho higher wages.
