Tho House has adopted the Conference Committee's report on tho Bill inflicting the death penalty for murdering the President, vice-President, or Ambassadors, the death penalty on aiders and abettors, and death or ten years for an attempt on their lives. Drastic punishments are also inflicted for preaching anarchism.
