A POLITE HINT TO THE SULTAN

All tho Powers have recommended to the Sultan the appointment of an Inspector-General of Macedonian Vilayets for five years. Groat Britain’s proposal for a Governor-General to bo appointed by the Powers was considered too radical for the Porto.
