The Teacher
“ The Century Dictionary .V Cyclopedia & Atlas ” are essentially the ten best books for teachers as they are for students, school children, or college professors. They embrace the sum of the world’s knowledge from the beginning down to today. The wealth of facts is presented so concisely as to entirely do away with the cumbersome features of most other works of the sort—so clearly as to be readily understood by a child, and in such order as to be instantly findable (one doesn’t have to LEARN how to find things in “ The Century ”).
