Tho case proeeedod on tho sumo linos as ut tho former examination, except that a new witness, Mrs Fischer, wife of tho liccnseo of tho Clarendon Hotel, where tbo deceased girl had boon employed, was called, and stated that although tho docoased occasionally complained of being tired, there was nothing to suggest that thoro was anything tho mattor with bor, and that on tho morning she went away she lookod as well as tho witness had ovor seen her. The caso for tho defence is now proceeding, and the hearing will bo continued to-morrow.
