AN ACTION SETTLED.
By Telegraph —Press Association. Greymouth, last night. The Supreme Court action against the Union Steamship Company for £ISOO damages, brought by the widow of Johnston, who was killed on the Greymouth wharf by a fall of timber some months ago, has been settled out of Court, the company paying £6OO.
