Tho recent valuation shows an increase of £2OOO in the annual valuo of the borough property. {At the meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, held last evening, tho Town Clerk said that the valuation rolls for the year had been compiled, and were now open for inspection. There had been an increase in the rental value of the Borough during the year of over £3400, whilst the increase in the capital value amounted to £33,500. Members expressed approval at the substantial increase that had been made in the value during the year.J -
