•A PROTEST FROM NAPIER. [I3Y TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, last night. At tho meeting of the Harbor Board today, Mr F. W. Williams was re-elected chairman. It was decided that a letter be written to the Department of Agriculture, asking what would be the cost of maintaining a permanent butter grader at Napier. Further, that tho committee consider it should bo pointed out to the Department that it is unfair to the many dairy factory companies in this district to have to ship their produce at any other port than that of Napior, the natural one, as under existing grading arrangements, the factories of this large district are at a groat disadvantage compared with others.
