The Australian Workers’ Union have applied in the Equity Court to vary the rule absolute for sequestration in connection with the verdict given against the Union over tho Coonamble shearing dispute, on condition that the Union paid £BOO into Court. Tho Judge decided to vary the order if £I4OO costs were paid in by Monday next.
