ALLEGED MURDER.

JURY DISAGREE. Per Press Association.; Napier, Saturday. The jury in the charge against Moore and Mills for alleged murder disagreed, and a fresh trial is ordered for Tuesday. A peculiar point was raised last night. After an absence of two hours the jury returned to enquire if they could bring in a verdict with regard to one accused, while they disagreed as to the other. Mr Justice Edwards said the point had Dever before arisen in his experience, and he knew of no ruling. It was dangerous to make fresh departures in these matters, and he decided to stick to the beaten track, refusing to accept such a verdict.
