In the Supreme Court yesterday Richard Post was sentenced to three months for forging a document of registration in connection with the ringing-in case of Major Robin as Fancy Free. CRICKET. In senior cricked United made 167 ; Oliver 45, E. Frankish 40, Baddington 33, Fisher not out 19, Wigley 11. Midlands lost six wickett for 43 runs; Reese 11. Lancaster Park made 243 ; H. C. Ridley 95, Hammond 42, A. E. Ridley 34, Wilsteed not out 20, Wilding 19. Sydenham and Addington lost eight wickets for 73 ; Ashley 18, Reese 11.
