SUCCESSFULLY FLOATED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, last night. The Russian barque Concordia, which wont ashore near Ilaipara Heads several months ago, and purchased by a local syndicate, was successfully floated yesterday and towed to Helensvillc.
