Groat Britain is doing its utmost to effect a peaceful solution of the difficulty in tho Balkans, and advocates joint European pressure, whereas Russia favors Austro-Russiau action alono. France loans towards Great Britain, but Germany’s attitude is doubtful. Paris, Feb. 11. The Turkish Ambassador in Paris denies the mobilisation of Turkish troops.
