In the Divorce Court to-day in tho petition of Janet Miuchiu, of Tarawera, for an order annulling her marriage with Joseph Robinson Stuart, a decree nisi was grautod, to be made absoluto in three months. From the evidence it appeared that the parties were married at Auckland, in October, 1900, and that fourteen days after the ceremony Stuart left tho petitioner, alleging that he was already a married man aud had a wife living in New South Wales. Petitioner then made enquiries, and secured a copy of the marriage certificate from New South Wales. There was no appearance of the respondent to the suit his whereabout deing unknown.
