SECONDARY EDUCATION.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, last night. The Board of Governors of the Canterbury College decided that owing to the shortness of notice it did not see its way at present to accept the proposals of Government for free places in High Schools, but was desirous of considering the matter further.
