By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, last night. The annual meeting oi shareholders of tho New Zealand Insurance Company was held to day. In moving the adoption of the report and balance-sheet (summary of which has already been telegraphed), the Chairman said tiiat tho results justified tho directors recommending an increased dividend, the highest on record for the past ten years. The shareholders would readily perceive tho splendid progress of tho Company, and they had every bope that this would bo continued during 1903. Tho report and balance-sheet were adopted. Messrs A. 11. Nathan aud St. George were reflected directors. The auditors were re-appointed, and a vote of thanks to the directors, officers, and agents was carried.
