SCHALKBUIIGER’S PECULIAR PLEA. A FAREWELL SERMON. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Dec. 31. Schalkburgor, in a letter to the Onsland, appealed to tho Government to amnesty rebels, enabling all to forgive and forget.
