FIGHTING IN MOROCCO.
TWO THOUSAND TROOPS KILLED. By Telegraph—Preßs Association—Copyright .London, Deo. 30. News has been received that the battlo of Tisn, Morocco, occurred at night. The rebels ,‘fcigned to retire, and the troops commenced burning and plundering the villages. Tho rebels then opened an attack on tho flank, and massacred 2000. They are now besieging Fez. The Sultan attempted to escape. He defends the place with all the available arms and artillory.
SULTAN’S POSITION ENDANGERED. SURRENDER OF FEZ IMMINENT By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Deo. 31. Nows has boen received that the rebels have cut tho Fez aqueduct, and tho town must surrender within three days unless tho southern Ivabyles relieve it.
