Remarkable Action.

An important action has boon commenced by Wobstor, a policy holder, against tho chairman and directors of the \ustralian Allianco Assurance Company. Plaintiff is acting for himself and other policy holders, and alleges that tho directors paid twice as much to tho shareholders as they ought to havo been paid, to tho loss of the policy holders. No fraud is imputed, tho payment being attributed to the misreading of tho deed of assurance.
