The child fell clear of the car, but rolled under tbo hind wheel. Her right arm was severed from the body, and thero was a doep gash in the skull. Death was apparently instantaneous. At tho inquest the jury returned a verdict of accidental death, and added a rider that the attention of tho Electric Tramway Company is directed to the urgent necessity for placing protection bats on tho outside of the car windows in order to provent a recurrence of a similar accident.
