BOXERS MOBILISING.

TO EXTERMINATE FOREIGNERS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Dec. 22. Reports from Shanghai state that Tungfuhsiang is mobilising at Kanshu 10 thousand well-equipped troops, including a disbanded garrison numbering four thousand, with the intention of exterminating foreigners in Shensi and Cansu provinces and seizing Ilsianfu. Prince Tuan is cooperating. The report adds that Government, though willing, is unable to control them. Chaiigehituug, disgusted with the state of affairs, has asked to be allowed to retire. Germany and Great Britain have begun the evacuation of Shanghai.
