A CRICKET MATCH. (Per Press Association.) Dunedin, last night, The inter-college match, Christchurch v. Otago Boys’ High School, was won by Christ’s College by two .vickets after an interesting game. The School going in first scored 121, and disposed of their opponents for 02. The School made 138 in their second innings, leaving the Colwith 105 to make to win. This they succeeded in doing for the loss of eight wickets. RAILWAY ACCIDENT. There is some suspicion that the engine of the north express to Christchurch left the rails on the up grade north of Sawyer's Day owiug to two large stones being placed on the line. Two stones unlike ballast were found at the place where the wheels left the metals crushed as if the front wheels had passed over them. Thanks to the dc-ep flanges of the back wheels of the engine, a serious accident was averted.
