EXTRADITION TREATY
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, Nov. 30. The Federal Government has received notice of amendment of the extradition treaty between Great Britain and Austro Hungary. The alteration provides for the prompt release of a prisoner if preliminary proceedings are Dot quickly followed up by the country’s representative.
