The newspapers regard it as notable on the eve of Mr Chamberlain's departure. Botha is suffering from inflaminaton of the bladder. Me and De la Key return early in December to join Mr Chamberlain. BERLIN, Nov. 13. The Natal correspondent of the National '/.eitung declares that Botha is encouraging the Dutch Reformed Church to agitate for a separate education with Hollander teachers to indoctrinate the children with traditional hatred of (treat Britain. The correspondent urges foreign nations not to contribute to a movement which is dcsdgiied to inflame racial hatred..
