BOER GENERALS.
DISAPPOINTED WITH RESULT OF CONFERENCE. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London, Nov. 18. Brussels telegrams report that the Boer Generals asked Mr Chamberlain to in crease the Imperial grants, and that the Boer amnesty to rebels should permit Kruger and other European leaders to return. Mr Chamberlain refused to discuss the question of amnesty or the leaders’ return. If it were were found that the grants were insufficient ho would apply to Parliament for more. It is stated that the Generals are dissatisfied with the result of the conference.
