RUSSIA’S STRENGTH.

J’The newspaper Navce Bremya states that two battleships, four cruisers, and eight torpedo vessels, all of modern construction, under Baron Schtakelverg, will shortly leave Kronstadt for a cruise of the Pacific, with a view of exhibiting Russia’s naval strength.
