NEW SOUTH WALES DISSATISFIED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, Oct. 14. Til the Assembly, Mr George moved an adjournment to discuss tho expediency ol New South Wales seceding from the Commonwealth, because of the bad and grossly unconstitutional administration of the Federal Government. Ho had advocated union, but sinco his oxperieneo of Federal legislation administration, ho had come to tho conclusion that it was a ghastly and costly failure. Ho complained that the Federal machinery had been launched on a grossly extravagant basis, and unconstitutional procedure, especially as regards Tattersall's sweeps and, the nun-establishment of a High Court.
Tho llouso did not lake the matter seriously, tlioso who leut any support arguing more in favor of tho displacement of the Federal Ministry than break up of the union.
