TISLER AND MRS SANGAL TO BE EXECUTED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, Oet. 10. Cabinet has decided to carry out the death penalty on Tisler and Mrs Sangal. The former will be executed on the 20th, and the latter at a date to be fixed later.
