THE GENERAL ELECTIONS
WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE 15th NOVEMBER, (Special to Times.) Wellington, last night. Tho general elections will definitely take place on tho loth November. I understand tho Premier will start the campaign immediately upon his arrival in Auckland. Since the date of tho elections has been mentioned, members are all very eager to close up tho session and get away. The Ministers will all leave for their eonstitutencies immediately upon the Flose of the session.
