(By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. Somo regulations under the Municipal Corporations Act are gazetted to-night. It is provided that in the caso of a now borough being constituted, or tho boundaries of an established borough being altored, the agreement for financial and other adjustment shall bo made within three months of tho said constitution or alteration, otherwise tho Governor may appoint a commission to make adjustments. In regard to the recovery of a proportion of the cost of any work from a contributing body, it is provided that the payment of contributions may be demanded as the work progresses, at such intervals of not less than one month, as the constructing body may think fit.
