By Tolegraph—Pross Association. Napior, last night. In tho Divorce Court in tho case of Emily Annio Hannon v. John Joseph Hannon (wifo’s potition), on tho ground of desertion, a decroo nisi was granted, to ho rnado absoluto at tho end of threo months. SUPREME COURT. In tho Supromo Court to-day, in the civil action Beaumont v. Neal and Close, a claim for £2OO a 3 damages for trespass, tho trospass was admitted, tho defonco boing that it was of a purely technical character and necessary for tho carrying out of eortain work. The jury roturnod a vordict for plaintiff for £7O, with costs as per scalo.
