Tho Nelson Harbor Board Act Amendment Bill passed through Committoo unamended. i In Committoo on tho Motor Cars Regulation Bill a clause doaling with tho rato of spoed was amended by providing that tho speed shall not bo greater than is rationable. Tho Now Zoaland University Act Amendment Bill passed through Committee.
