He attributed the failure of the Boer generals’ recent conference with .Mr Chamberlain to Heim's defiant language. Botha declares that the generals’ further presence in Europe will be exclusively devoted to raising financial aid for the Boers. New York, Sept. 14. The cruisers Wisconsin and Cincinnati have been ordered to proceed to Panama and Gallon respectively, to prevent the Columbian revolutionists interfering with the Isthmian traffic and bombarding the Panama. !
