HOW WATER GOT INTO NIWAEU’S HOLD.
By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London, Sept. 18. Twelve inches of charcoal was found on the Niwaru’s pumps from the insulation of the refrigerating chambers. This is supposed to have caused water to accumulate in the hold.
