MILITARY MANOEUVRES
FURIOUS CHARGE LED BY THE KAISER,
By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. BERLIN, Sept. 13. In concluding the military manoeuvres, seventy thousand troops fought, a brilliant engagement in the open. The Kaiser, commanding a vast body of cavalry, cleverly outflanked and overwhelmed the invaders, himself leading a furious charge. English critics consider that Die infantry surrender was superior to that of the cavalry and artillery.
