PRESENTATION.

Timaru. last night. Mr W. A. Aldred, who leaves the management of the Bank of New Zealand hero to take an inspectorship, was presented to-day by the citizens with a silver salver, travelling trunk, dressing ease, and rug, as tokens of respect and admiration of his qualities as a business man and citizen. The meeting was well attended, and the Mayor presided.
