GERMANY GETS THE PLUMS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, Sept. G. The Dominion Millers’ Association at Toronto is urging Sir Wilfnd Laurier to impose retaliatory duties on German imports owing to Germany’s exclusion of Canadian grain, also to withdraw the irbate granted to British imports unless Great Britain recipmcates in regard to culunial agricultural products.
