CABE LIKELY TO LAST TEN DAYS By telegraph—Press Association— Wellington, last night. The hearing of the second case, Mitchell v. the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company, had not advanced beyond the opening address of eounsel for plaintiff, which had been concluded when the Court rose. The case will probably last for ten days.
