CRY FOR BLACK LABOR. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Aug. 21. An increasing difficulty in obtaining native labor is causing uneasiness at Johannesburg. Repatriated Boers are unable to work the farms in consequence. Reuter’s Agency estimates that only 62,£300 natives are available to work in .South Africa. The importation of Chinese is being seriously considered.
