SHEEP DECLINE IN PRICE,

Thirteen thousand sheop wero offered at fat stock sales, including about 5000 from Now Zealand. The demand was not equal to the supply, and prices, especially for imported, declined considerably. New Zealand wethers ranged from 17s 3d to 2Ss. [Seven hundred and six cattle were offered, including 200 from New Zealand, which ranged, for bullocks, from £ls 14s 6d to £l9 15s ; cows sold up to £l6 7s 6d. Values generally were lower.
