By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright (Telephoned from Napier.) Blelbourne, Aug, 15. In connection with the murder of the man Sandall, Savay, a Spaniard, told the Police that Pesler (the man under arrest) offored him £lO, and promised him £IOO on behalf of Blrs Sandall to murder Sandall (her husband). The offer, Savay states, was repeated by both accused on subsequent occasions. Ultimately, Savay promised to commit tho deed, and the pair gave him a revolver. Savay stated that he did not do the doed, and that he never had any intention of doing it. He threw the revolver into the river.
