Arbitration Court.
[BT TELEOBAPB. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, last night. Tho Conference of Trade Unions passed the following resolution :—“ That tho Conciliation and Arbitration Act be amended to provide that the Arbitration Court shall consist of ono employer and one worker engaged in tho industry in which the disputo has arisen, such representatives to be appointed by the parties to the dispute, the President to be the Judge of a Supreme Court.
