He is going to visit, on official duty, tho Pacifio Islands, over which his Consular jurisdiction has been extended lately. ’The tour will include Raratonga, - Tahiti, Samoa, and Tonga. Tho journey will bo made partly on board tho French warship Durance, and is expected to last slightly over a monjli.
