GOLD RETURNS. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Auckland, last night. The gold returns from the Auckland district for the last three weeks show a total of Lqfj.ooo, as compared with L5 2 i 02 9 during the previous three weeks. The total for the present year to date is L414L41, an increase of £37,670 over the similar period of last year. VETERANS’ HOME. The Auckland subscriptions to the Veterans’ Home to date total L 306.
