BOERS FUTURE POLICY.

General Botha, speaking at the Paarl, near Capetown, declared that the Boers were not vanquished. Thoy ought to make South Africa their Fatherland and inheritance, a happy home, taking care to educate their children to participate in its future government. Do la Eey also addressed the meeting. Ho spoke bitterly against tho National Scouts who took servico with the British. The Labor Association of the Rand is arranging to import many Nyassaland natives to work tho mines.
The Transvaal Government is awarding compensation and assisting Britishers in respect to war losses.
