DAIRYING.
IMPORTANT ADDRESSES AT STRATFORD.
By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. Arrangements have been made by Mr Shaw, Acting Secretary, for addresses to be given by Messrs J. A. Kinsella, D. Cuddie, D. J. McGowan, and W. W. Singleton, of the Dairy Commissioner's Office ; Mr J. A. Gilruth. Government Chief Veterinarian, and Mr F. W. B. Greville, of the New Zealand Dairyman, at the annual meeting of the National Dairy Association of New Zealand, Limited, next month, at Stratford. The subjects to be treated are suggestions for tho further improvement of the dairy industry, factory management, hints on tho preparation and application of a starter in butter-making, some of the defects in cheese-making and their remedies, diseases of stock affecting dairyfarmers, and the overrun and factors affecting it.
